In this video I'll tell you how to chit and plant your seed potatoes in a bag. Preferably use seed potatoes to do this, but organic potatoes will work well too. You can try using 'forgotten in the cupboard' potatoes too, but they might not produce very much as they are often treated to stop germination. Not sure which potatoes variety to choose from?
